Please read and acknowledge the Agency Ameretto Legal document before using the services we provide.

You ‘meaning’ you, the client and ‘Escort’ meaning ‘you, the escort’.

• The Escort, must at all times immediately notify Agency Ameretto of any changes to their contact details or any other information that would be required to keep our records relevant.
• We, Agency Ameretto, agree to add your profile to our escort company directory in the UK, you have the right not to take this service up if requested.
• This agreement shall come into effect from the date of acceptance by Agency Ameretto and shall continue until you request to remove your details from our website and database.
• Agency Ameretto has the right to amend the website at any time.
• You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring Agency Amretto into disrepute while you are an escort [if you are an escort] and have [an issue] if you have any issues please contact us directly so we can help you further, any slander will lead to your profile being banned from our site and legal action being taken. Clients that have disputes please contact us directly by clicking here.
• Agency Ameretto will advertise your escort profile to Clients who in turn will contact the Escort directly; we cannot guarantee bookings nor can any agency this is up to the personal choice of the client to contact you due to the strength of your profile.
• After registration you may request that your details be removed from our database at any time and with immediate effect. Agency Ameretto also retains the right to cancel your membership with immediate effect should we deem it necessary. To remove your details email us here.
• Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties.
• Agency Ameretto stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any incident in any form whatsoever which may occur with an Escort, Client or both. Both the Escort and the Client are responsible for their own actions and safety at all times during the date and their time spent together. It is the responsibility of the Client to propose a safe place to meet the Escort, preferably in the first instance a public place.
• Agency Ameretto does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings, this will depend purely on demand and the appeal of the Escorts profile to Clients.
• Agency Ameretto understand, and Clients and Escorts also understand alike, that money exchanged in legal adult personal services is simply for time and companionship anything else that [takes] may take place is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age. Anything implied or inferred within these pages is not to be taken as inducement for payment for anything other than time and companionship.
• If an Escort’s application is successful, work will begin on creating the profile within 72 hours. This is a free service and includes all amendments / edits to profile details.

Client Payments & Membership Renewal

Membership Fees are payable via bank transfer should your Membership request be approved. Our subscription for Membership is on an annual basis at the rate of 200GBP. You will be contacted prior to your Membership period ending and will be invited to renew your registration. 

Membership Cancellation & Termination

When you subscribe to our paid Membership, you agree to receive the services available with immediate effect.

If you decide to cancel your Membership, you must contact us here and provide your name, email address and user name so we can identify your account. Your account will be closed and details removed within 72 hours. By cancelling your Membership you will not be eligible for a refund. No Membership payments are refundable under any circumstances.

We may terminate your Membership at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have breached any of our terms.
